How it plays
Multiplayer plays the full sandbox on a shared map.
Friends can run one company together and split the work, one on housing, another on trade routes, or each build their own as allies or rivals.
Sessions last hours and are saved to continue later; the game can be paused but not sped up with others.
Each player needs a copy, and PC and consoles do not play together.
