How it plays

  • Friends can party up for team matches or set up a private match for a larger group, and Zombies has four players hold out against endless waves on maps full of secrets.

  • The story campaign is single-player.

  • On PC the multiplayer and Zombies run as their own launch options.

  • On Xbox up to four can also share one screen; the PlayStation version lists two.

  • The PlayStation 4 and 5 versions arrived in 2026 and do not play with each other; Xbox runs the Xbox 360 version.

  • There is no crossplay, so everyone online needs a copy on the same platform.
