How it plays
Friends party up on one side of large objective battles, storming gates, carrying ladders and shouting battle cries at the press of a button.
The sword fighting has depth, but the chaos means newcomers still land hits and laugh at the slapstick deaths.
PC, PlayStation and Xbox players share servers and parties, and a group can rent a password-protected server for private matches.
