Friends land on the same island, split up to chop, mine and open chests, then regroup to build defences before dark.
Each night is harder than the last and bosses appear, so a run usually ends when the group is overwhelmed and you start again.
Versus mode turns the same loop into a contest to outlast each other.
The game is free, so nobody has to buy anything.
