How it plays
A crew of up to four picks a contract, plans who carries bags, drills or watches the guards, then improvises when the alarm goes off.
Each player builds skills toward a role, which makes a regular group feel like a team.
AI crew members fill empty slots and friends can drop into a heist already running.
