How it plays
A squad of four lands together, shares loot and calls out enemies while the zone closes in.
A match can run for half an hour, with long quiet stretches broken by sudden firefights, and one mistake ends your round.
The game is free; PlayStation and Xbox players can squad up together, but PC players only play with PC.
Hosting a password-protected custom match needs the paid Battlegrounds Plus upgrade.
