How it plays
Friends pick different survivors and fight through randomly built levels, piling up items until someone becomes absurdly strong while the clock keeps making monsters tougher.
A fallen player waits for the next level to rejoin, and a full run takes about an hour.
It is hard and unforgiving, which suits groups who enjoy retrying.
Up to four can share one screen on PC, PlayStation and Switch, and Remote Play Together lets Steam friends join the local mode.
