How it plays
Online races and derbies are a free-for-all where the fun is trading hits with friends and watching the wreckage pile up.
On PC a group can host its own password-protected lobby for up to 24 drivers.
On PlayStation and Xbox a player can create a private lobby and invite friends, and each console plays only with its own platform.
There is no split-screen, so everyone needs a screen and a copy.
Is it good
Very positive on Steam
“It's rare when a racing game manages to modernize and reinvigorate an old formula with spectacular confidence, but Wreckfest does just that.”
9/10 · GameSpot “Wreckfest maintains all its promises we expected in all these years of development: destruction, a very accurate physical model and a lot of fun.”
8.6/10 · IGN Italia “If you liked FlatOut, you'll love Wreckfest. Drily presented, but wonderfully brutal full-contact racing with impressive physics.”
