How it plays
Up to four friends form a crew to cruise the islands, take on events together and race each other.
The big multiplayer events, the 28-driver Grand Race and Demolition Royale, are matchmade with other players.
A crew has to be on one platformPlayers on different platforms meet only in those matchmade events.
A crew leader who owns the game can bring up to three friends on the free trial through the Friend Pass, except on Switch 2.
The game always needs an internet connection.
